For the Sunrise Business AI Assistant, Sunrise Business works together with PHOENIQS in an exclusive, strategic partnership. Based in Basel, Pfäffikon and Zurich, the provider of sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure develops, hosts and operates its solutions entirely in Switzerland and controls the entire technology stack, from the hardware and the cloud infrastructure through to the AI platform. This means that sovereign AI solutions are created under Swiss law, without data being sent to another country or any dependence on foreign cloud services.

In the Agent Marketplace, preconfigured agents are available for recruitment, payment reminders, meeting minutes, translations between German, French, Italian and English, explaining invoices and providing answers in Customer Care. The offer is continually being expanded.
Yes. You can create your own agents without any programming and define in natural language which tasks they will perform. Select the right AI model, add your own documents and activate features such as web search, data analysis or previews. Business applications can also be connected via interfaces. Agents can be duplicated, reset to previous versions if there are changes and, depending on the licence, shared within the company.
Yes. There is the option for an experienced AI Success Manager from Sunrise Business or a regional partner to provide support with introduction, training and adoption across individual departments right through to the whole company.
