Your telephone numbers are integrated into the Microsoft 365 environment, either via Operator Connect or via Direct Routing . A stable Internet connection and either a Microsoft Teams Essential or Microsoft 365 licence are required for SME Ready Microsoft Teams Phone. These are not included in the SME Ready Microsoft Teams Phone product.

The installation can be carried out either by Sunrise Business or by your IT partner.
